MADEIRA – Cristiano Ronaldo is taking his long-time love Georgina Rodriguez back to where it all began for the ultimate luxury wedding weekend.

The 41-year-old football superstar and the 32-year-old influencer are taking over Madeira’s ultra-glamorous Savoy Palace—crowned the top resort across Spain and Portugal—to celebrate their vows in serious style.

The nuptials and the party

The couple will exchange rings at the historic Funchal Cathedral, a Gothic landmark capable of seating 800 high-profile guests just minutes from the coast.

Following the ceremony, guests will head straight to the resort’s massive Grand Ballroom, built to host up to 1,000 partygoers.

Despite owning a multi-million-pound, seven-storey mansion nearby, Ronaldo and Georgina are reportedly booking their wedding night at The Reserve—the hotel’s exclusive “hotel-within-a-hotel” featuring personal butler service and 360-degree ocean panoramas starting at £1,100 per night.

Luxury fit for a US$1.2 billion empire

The 352-room estate leaves no luxury to chance for CR7’s high-net-worth inner circle, featuring six swimming pools, a solarium, and a private beach area. Guests can indulge in top-tier pampering including £325 facials, £226 massages, and £80 manicures alongside a 24-hour gym. A dedicated children’s playroom and games room will also keep the couple’s kids entertained throughout the weekend.

From Gucci store to A-List royalty

The pair first crossed paths in 2016 at a Gucci boutique in Madrid, where Georgina worked as a sales manager. A decade and two children later (alongside Ronaldo’s three children from previous relationships), CR7 popped the question with a staggering £3 million ring during an impromptu 1 am proposal witnessed by his kids.
