Sergeant V. Thamaraj, the first Indian silat world champion, alongside Sergeant Ahmad Fauzan Abd Hadi and Staff Sergeant Mohd Nor Khalid, receives the award for their outstanding achievements and bravery in service to the Malaysian Army
National pencak silat coach Fauzi Khalid believes that more safety measures should be put in place by state associations and competition committees to protect exponents from life-threatening consequences during training and competitions.
This allegedly involves cabin services, cargo and logistics, engineering and maintenance, as well as the commercial division, according to Scoop’s source
